We are happy to provide you with an estimate, over the phone, for all routine veterinary services. If your pet requires a medical work-up, a non-routine surgical procedure or test, we request that you schedule an appointment with a veterinarian for a complete physical exam and evaluation of your pet’s health. An estimate of fees will be discussed before services are provided.
In order to minimize costs and focus on our patients’ needs, we do not offer billing. We request that payment in full be made at the time services are rendered, or upon discharge for hospitalized patients.
A deposit is required for all hospitalized patients at the time of admission. A veterinarian will consult with you prior to changes in diagnostic or treatment plans which may increase fees.

Pet Insurance is another popular option for pet owners. Payment for services rendered is due at time of service and then the pet owner submits claim for reimbursement from their insurance company.
